The Challenge
In Taiwan, many underprivileged families struggle with rents that are barely affordable, forcing their children to study under inadequate lighting to save on electricity costs. These families never imagined that they could receive assistance in the form of light, a beacon of hope.
Simultaneously, DBS Bank encountered challenges in enhancing the digitalization of monthly statements. Customers were hesitant to transition from paper to digital formats, which led to escalated costs related to materials and logistics.
The resistance of Taiwanese consumers to adopt digital alternatives also affected the broader environmental and economic landscape.
Our Approach
We initiated a collaborative campaign with DBS to link the issue of energy poverty to their educational efforts, informing customers about their potential impact. This campaign involved:
